What is the difference between the AYN Odin and AYN Loki series?
The AYN Odin series is powered by Android and ARM-based processors, optimized for retro emulation and mobile gaming, whereas the AYN Loki series features x86 processors running Windows, designed for PC gaming and high-end performance.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship globally from our manufacturing facility. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and international delivery takes between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Do AYN devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all AYN Odin and Loki devices include a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers hardware defects and manufacturing issues under normal usage conditions.
Can I upgrade the storage or RAM on my device?
Storage can be expanded via the integrated microSD card slot on all models. Internal SSDs on the Loki series are user-replaceable, but RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded after purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The device must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I update the firmware on my Odin or Loki?
Odin users can update via the 'System Update' menu in Android settings. Loki users can find the latest drivers and BIOS updates on our official support website under the downloads section.
